Aircraft Transporting US Defense Secretary Forced to Touch Down in UK Because of Crack in Windshield

A jet ferrying the US defense secretary was forced to make an unplanned landing in the UK on Wednesday due to a fissure was discovered in the jet's front window, per an official announcement which stated that Hegseth was safe.

"The plane landed based on standard procedures and all passengers, among them Secretary Hegseth, is safe," a press officer commented in a online announcement.

The secretary was coming back from a quick journey to Brussels at the time.
